Sales & Refund policy

Payments - all transactions are processed securely using certified payment gateways. We do not store or use your sensitive data, credit card details, etc. If you are not able to use payment methods listed in our online store, please contact us and we'll try to help you.
Refunds - are performed by decision of the management, and each case will be reviewed personally. Moneyback requests placed within 30 days from the purchase date are eligible for refund if only the component license wasn't activated, otherwise no moneyback is possible. The maximum amount eligible for the refund is limited by the sum paid minus bank and processing commissions.
